How Custom Furniture Is Made in Dubai: Inside Our Al Quoz Workshop

This is the process we run every week at our workshop in Al Quoz 3, whether the piece is a three-metre dining table, a full wardrobe fit-out or a single bespoke nightstand.

Step 1 — Consultation and measurements

It starts with a conversation and a tape measure. Send us photos and room dimensions, or book a free site visit anywhere in Dubai — we measure the space, talk through how you'll use the piece, and flag anything that affects the design (AC vents, sockets, skirting, door clearances). No obligation at this stage.

Step 2 — Design and a fixed quote

Our team turns the brief into a drawing with exact dimensions and a fixed quote. You can start from our 600-plus piece catalogue and modify sizes and finishes, or bring a reference photo or designer's sketch and we'll build the design around it. Step 3 — Choosing materials

This is where the piece becomes yours. We work solid oak, teak, walnut and ash in-house, top tables with marble, travertine or onyx, and upholster in linen, bouclé, performance fabrics and genuine leather. You'll see and approve physical samples before production starts.

Step 4 — Production in our Al Quoz workshop

Production takes 4–6 weeks. Joinery, finishing and upholstery all happen under one roof at Warehouse 5, Al Quoz 3 — which means quality is checked at every stage by the people who will hand the piece to you, not a supplier overseas. You're welcome to visit mid-build.

Step 5 — Delivery and installation

We deliver and install across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain — and place, level and finish the piece in your room. Built-in work like wardrobes and banquette seating is installed by the same team that built it.
