Dining chairs — AED 950 to 1,800

Solid teak and oak chairs start at AED 950; upholstered and leather designs reach AED 1,800. Most sets land around AED 1,300 per chair.

Sofas — AED 4,500 to 16,500

Two-seaters and compact designs from around AED 4,500–6,500; feather-filled linen three-seaters AED 9,500–12,500; large modular and chaise designs AED 13,000–16,500, with oversized L-shaped teak sets above that.

Beds — AED 5,500 to 12,500

Upholstered beds start around AED 5,500 in 160×200, rising with size and detail; four-poster and statement designs run AED 8,500–12,500. Size steps typically add AED 500 per jump.

What actually drives the price

Material first: walnut and natural stone tops carry a 15–30% premium over oak and ash, while teak commands its own premium outdoors. Then size, upholstery grade (performance and pet-friendly fabrics, genuine leather), and design complexity — curves, fluting, extension mechanisms and built-in elements all add workshop hours. What doesn't change the price: customising dimensions of an existing catalogue design is usually free or close to it.

Once import shipping and showroom markups are counted, a made-in-Dubai solid wood piece is usually comparable to — and often cheaper than — the imported equivalent, delivered in 4–6 weeks instead of 12–16, and sized exactly to your room.
